You will work with flexible scheduling in a remote or structured environment, receive thorough onboarding and training, and gain hands-on experience with cruise booking platforms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the booking and confirmation process for cruise reservations.
• Respond to customer questions regarding destinations, cruise lines, and travel requirements.
• Review reservation details to ensure accuracy, including dates and traveler information.
• Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications.
• Provide timely follow-up and support before and after travel
