You will manage the contract lifecycle, maintain a centralized repository, monitor obligations, and identify opportunities to reduce risk while maximizing value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes contracts to ensure compliance and determine if additional legal review is needed.
• Identifies and mitigates risks associated with contract terms.
• Provides recommendations for contract modifications based on legal and business considerations.
• Manages the contract lifecycle from initiation and drafting to execution and renewal.
• Maintains a centralized repository of contracts with accurate documentation.
• Monitors contractual obligations and deadlines.
• Develops strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
• Communicates contract information to internal and external stakeholders and aligns cross-functionally.
• Suggests process improvements in contract management and supports audits.
• Develops relationships with key business partners.
