Job summary

Ozark Center is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, manage, analyze, and report data for the Community Response Unit (CRU) and opioid initiatives. You will support program evaluation, quality improvement, and strategic decisions through data reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

You will collaborate with CRU leadership, clinical teams, grant administrators, healthcare partners, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and measurement of program outcomes, demonstrating impact and guiding

Qualifications

• Collect, validate, and maintain program data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain data collection tools and processes for funding reporting.
• Analyze program performance, utilization, outcomes, and trends related to CRU and opioid initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain program data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of databases related to program goals.
• Develop and maintain data collection tools and processes that support funding reporting requirements.
• Analyze program performance, utilization, outcomes, and trends related to CRU and opioid initiatives.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for leadership, funding agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcome measures.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
• Assist departments in identifying measurable goals and performance benchmarks.
• Assist with data management and reporting within Unite Us and other electronic systems utilized by the CRU program.
