Job summary

Numotion seeks a Seating Technician to join our team in Connecticut. You will assist ATPs with assembly, delivery, and fitting of complex rehabilitation technology, ensuring client goals are met with excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist ATPs with equipment assembly and delivery.
• Assemble and fit CRT equipment to meet client goals.
• Troubleshoot product issues with ATP guidance.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and warehouse.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and safe.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing business accounts.
• Complete required documentation in line with Numotion policies.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
• Attend company training sessions to stay updated.
• Collaborate with ATPs and customers to align equipment solutions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address concerns promptly.
• Respond to customer issues during deliveries or fittings.
