Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• CRT certification required and ongoing training.
• Proficient with EMR documentation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy and chest physiotherapy, per orders.
• Manages ventilator settings and airway maintenance for patient comfort.
• Performs patient assessments and monitors responses to therapy.
• Documents treatments and patient responses clearly and accurately.
• Upholds infection control standards and PPE usage in all procedures.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.
