Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is seeking CROWS NEST ASSOCIATE at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. This role involves food preparation, customer service, and maintaining safety standards. Full and part-time schedules are available, with pay ranging from $16.50 to $22.00 per hour.

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes to ensure quality.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company standards.
• Assures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Full and Part Time CROWS NEST ASSOCIATE at University of Mary, 7500 University Drive, Bismarck, ND 58504.

Schedule and Compensation

Full‑time or part‑time schedules available. PM shift generally 2:00–3:00 pm with required weekend availability. Pay range $16.50–$22.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carrys pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
