Job summary

Ragle Dental Laboratory in Champaign, Illinois is seeking a Crown & Bridge / CAD-CAM Dental Technician to join our team. Training is provided for the right dependable, detail-oriented candidate with good hand skills and eagerness to learn.

This full-time, in-house role involves both traditional and digital laboratory processes, with responsibilities spanning design, finishing, and quality control of fixed restorations, using CAD/CAM workflows and zirconia materials.

Qualifications

• Dental laboratory experience preferred but training available.
• Ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail and dexterity.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design crowns, bridges, implant restorations and other fixed restorations using 3Shape CAD software.
• Work with zirconia and other restorative materials.
• Contour, stain, glaze, characterize and finish restorations.
• Check margins, contacts, occlusion, anatomy and esthetics.
• Assist with milling, sintering and 3D printing processes.
• Work with implant and full-arch restorative cases.
• Color and color-match zirconia including MiYO process.
• Assist with custom shade appointments.
• Follow dentist prescriptions and laboratory quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with other technicians throughout production.

Ragle Dental Laboratory is seeking a Crown & Bridge / CAD-CAM Dental Technician to join our team in Champaign, Illinois.

Experience in crown & bridge or CAD/CAM dental technology is preferred, but not required. We are willing to provide on-site training for the right candidate who is dependable, detail-oriented, has good hand skills, and is eager to learn.

This is a full-time, in-house position working with both traditional and digital dental laboratory processes.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on experience and training, responsibilities may include:

• Designing crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and other fixed restorations using 3Shape CAD software
• Working with zirconia and other restorative materials
• Contouring, staining, glazing, characterizing, and finishing restorations
• Checking margins, contacts, occlusion, anatomy, and esthetics
• Assisting with milling, sintering, and 3D printing processes
• Working with implant and full-arch restorative cases
• Zirconia preparation and coloring, including MiYO
• Assisting with custom shade appointments
• Following dentist prescriptions and laboratory quality standards
• Working closely with other technicians throughout the production process

Qualifications

Dental laboratory experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person.
