Job summary

Ragle Dental Laboratory, Inc. in Champaign, Illinois is seeking a Crown & Bridge / CAD-CAM Dental Technician to join our in-house team.

This full-time, on-site position involves both traditional and digital lab processes with on-site training for the right candidate. Responsibilities include designing and finishing crowns and bridges using 3Shape CAD software, working with zirconia and other materials, and assisting with milling, sintering, and 3D printing.

Qualifications

• Dental laboratory experience is preferred but not required; on-site training available.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technology.
• Dependability and strong work ethic; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design crowns, bridges, implant restorations and other fixed restorations using 3Shape CAD software.
• Prepare and work with zirconia and other restorative materials.
• Contour, stain, glaze, characterize, and finish restorations to meet quality standards.
• Check margins, contacts, occlusion, anatomy, and aesthetics.
• Assist with milling, sintering, and 3D printing processes.
• Work with implant and full-arch restorations; color via MiYO as applicable.
• Support custom shade appointments and follow dentist prescriptions.

Ragle Dental Laboratory is seeking a Crown & Bridge / CAD-CAM Dental Technician to join our team in Champaign, Illinois.

Experience in crown & bridge or CAD/CAM dental technology is preferred, but not required. We are willing to provide on-site training for the right candidate who is dependable, detail-oriented, has good hand skills, and is eager to learn.

This is a full-time, in-house position working with both traditional and digital dental laboratory processes.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on experience and training, responsibilities may include:

• Designing crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and other fixed restorations using 3Shape CAD software
• Working with zirconia and other restorative materials
• Contouring, staining, glazing, characterizing, and finishing restorations
• Checking margins, contacts, occlusion, anatomy, and esthetics
• Assisting with milling, sintering, and 3D printing processes
• Working with implant and full-arch restorative cases
• Zirconia preparation and coloring, including MiYO
• Assisting with custom shade appointments
• Following dentist prescriptions and laboratory quality standards
• Working closely with other technicians throughout the production process

Qualifications

Dental laboratory experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person.
