Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a CrowdStrike Engineer to provide subject matter expertise in security engineering and architecture, policy design, Tier 3 troubleshooting, and enterprise-wide deployment and maintenance. The role supports federal clients with a focus on EDR/NGAV platforms, policy creation, and effective incident response.

The candidate will architect scalable host structures, maintain configurations, and deliver dashboards while adhering to federal best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
2–5 years in defining security requirements in enterprise environments with CrowdStrike/EDR platforms.
Preferred CCFA/CCSE/CCCS certifications or equivalent.
Experience designing policies, sensor configurations, and dashboards.
Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

Architect, configure, operate, and maintain EDR/NGAV platforms across thousands of endpoints and cloud workloads.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and manage cloud platform policies and roles.
Create and update security policies, sensor updates, and NGAV configurations.
Develop dashboards and reports to support security analysis and compliance.
Provide Tier 3 support to IT and security teams and coordinate with SOC.
Collaborate on firewall rules, IOAs/IOCs, and policy enhancements.
