Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a CrowdStrike Engineer in Washington, DC. This full-time, mid-level role focuses on security engineering, policy design, and Tier 3 troubleshooting across EOUSA’s EDR/NGAV platforms.

You will work with CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender in a large enterprise environment, deploying and maintaining endpoints, and creating security dashboards and reports. A strong policy orientation and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in computer science, business, or other relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience defining security, utilization, and performance requirements in mid-to-large enterprise environments within CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, etc.
• Preferred Certifications: CCFA, CCSE, CCCS or platform equivalent
• Extensive experience in design, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of EDR platforms (CrowdStrike, Defender) in large enterprises
• Experience creating/updating policies, protection rules, and troubleshooting EDR sensors and cloud platforms

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, operate, and maintain EOUSA’s EDR/NGAV platforms.
• Create/update policies, dashboards, and reports as required.
• Provide Tier 3 support to OCIO IT staffs and local IT staffs.
• Coordinate software updates and integrate with EOUSA SOC SIEM.
• Support EOUSA’s Zero Trust Architecture implementation.
