Description: The Richfield Public School District has volunteer opportunities for the 2024-2025 school year. We are seeking Crossing Guards to monitor street intersections and assist students and families walking or biking to school. Some crossings may be staffed by additional guards or student safety patrol members.
Time Commitment: 1-3 hours daily, typically between 7:00-8:45 a.m. and 2:00-4:00 p.m., depending on location.
Requirements: Passing a 90-minute online training course (access to a computer required), background check, ability to guide students across streets for at least one hour, and willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
