Chandler Unified School District is seeking a Crossing Guard to help students safely navigate intersections and monitor vehicle traffic. This part-time position follows a 9-month calendar and pays $16.53 per hour, with opportunities to combine with additional part-time roles up to 8 hours daily.

Responsibilities include placing traffic signs, guiding students through crosswalks, and reporting violators in the 15 mph zone.

Calendar: 1801 PT July 15, 2026 - May 20,2027 180 total work days, 6 paid holidays, 186 total paid days

Benefits: 72 hours PTO per year, 6 paid holidays

Performance Pay: Available annually for eligible positions. Prorated based on FTE and employment start date.

New Hire Experience: 1% for two or more years of full time like experience and an additional 1% per year not to exceed the maximum hiring range of 5%.

New Hire Education: 1% of hourly rate for a college degree in a similar field, combined with work experience credit not to exceed the maximum hiring range of 5%.
