Chandler Unified School District is seeking a Crossing Guard to assist students safely through intersections around CTA Goodman Elementary in Chandler, AZ. This part-time role covers morning and afternoon shifts (approximately 1.75 hours per day) with a 180‑day calendar and optional extension into additional part-time opportunities.

The position emphasizes traffic control, crosswalk guidance, and vigilance near 15 MPH zones.

Performance Pay:

Available annually for eligible positions. Prorated based on FTE and employment start date.

New Hire Experience:

1% for two or more years of full time like experience and anadditional1% per year not to exceed the maximum hiring range of 5%.

New Hire Education:

1% of hourly rate for a college degree in a similar field, combined with work experience credit not to exceed the maximum hiring range of 5%.
