Job description

POSITION:

Plant Operations

WORK YEAR:

2024-2025 School Year

SALARY:

$17.62 per hour

Principal Duties
  • This is a part-time position working 2-4 hours per day.

Crossing Guards shall be responsible for the safe movement of school children across city roadways, traffic control at designated crosswalks, and ensuring the safe movement of children across traveled portions of city roadways at designated crosswalks. Duties include performing all tasks at the designated post at specified times, reporting and recording any unusual activity or child's injury while on duty, correcting unsafe conduct of children, and performing other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Plant Operations.
