Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a cross-trained Dental Assistant for an extended-hours practice. While your background may be in the back office, this role emphasizes front-office administrative tasks. Candidates must be certified dental assistants licensed in Colorado or have relevant on-the-job experience in a private dental practice setting. Please do not apply without dental assisting experience.

Required experience includes: Dentrix, treatment plan presentation, scheduling (patients and staff), purchasing supplies, coordinating vendor support, insurance claims submission, aging report management, and strategic initiatives to enhance office productivity. Our office environment is relaxed, with excellent team members. We operate with one doctor on call at a time, utilize digital equipment such as sensors and CBCT, focus on high-production treatments, and do not accept Medicaid. We seek a competent, honest, hardworking, and creative team member who inspires professionalism and aims for high success.
