Job summary

Wing Shack is hiring Team Members to work across Kitchen, Prep, Cleaning, and Front Counter roles. You’ll be trained across all systems and expected to be punctual, professional, and a strong team player. The role emphasizes hospitality, accurate cash handling, and delivering great guest experiences.

The team enjoys tips in a dedicated pool and a base hourly rate plus tips, with energy, passion, and room to grow within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Appropriate availability under the needs of the company.
• Appropriate transportation plan to attend shifts as scheduled.
• Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in the job description and training materials.
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
