Job summary

Stand Together is building an internal Agile practice and seeks a Scrum Master embedded across multiple teams. You will run ceremonies, maintain a healthy backlog, and foster trust and psychological safety for honest retrospectives and real improvements.

You will support teams at varying Agile maturities, report to the Agile Practice Lead, and collaborate with Product and Engineering Leads to uphold delivery standards and scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead supporting cross-functional product or technology teams.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to build trust across skeptical teams.
• Expertise with Jira including backlog health, automation, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and reviews with preparation and time-boxing.
• Maintain backlog health with properly categorized, sized, structured work ready for sprint commitment.
• Analyze sprint metrics and surface patterns to improve planning accuracy.
• Identify and escalate impediments that cross team boundaries to the Agile Practice Lead.
