Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing operations and cross-training across departments.
• Ability to train others on a variety of warehouse functions.
• Expanded computer skills beyond A-system and basic Office products.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment.
• Good reading, writing, math and problem solving skills.
• Ability to pass machine driver safety training.

Responsibilities

• Cross trained and working at or above standard in at least 3 different job functions.
• Demonstrated experience and willingness to work in any department where cross trained and on any shift on short notice.
• Trains others on a variety of warehouse functions.
• Processes, generates and interprets various documents beyond basic functions within the Distribution Center.
• Perform back up responsibilities for department Team Lead and/or Supervisor.
• Assist with generating and summarizing warehouse data including running reports and decisions based on data.
• Ability to be a machine driver on several different types of equipment or a certified machine trainer.
• Often participates in special projects and performs other duties.
