Job summary

The Arbor Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate multi-discipline initiatives, including software rollouts and new technology pilots across campuses. You will develop plans, track milestones, and keep teams aligned to on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of cross-functional project management, PMP or similar certification, and strong communication. The role offers growth, collaboration, and exposure to nationwide senior living projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience with cross-functional projects.
• PMP preferred; CAPM or CompTIA Project+ considered.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus, especially for technology rollouts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while keeping each on track.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player with collaborative skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; senior living or health care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PM for projects, rollouts, and initiatives spanning multiple disciplines, including new software systems and tech pilots.
• Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, and timelines.
• Coordinate kickoff and recurring status calls, keeping disciplines accountable.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; elevate and resolve issues.
• Assist with new community transitions and openings; coordinate master task lists.
• Spearhead owner reporting to outside owners and investors.
• Plan and coordinate Foundations, our new leader training class; manage attendee experience.
• Serve as process owner for recurring workflows and tools; maintain critical databases.
