Job summary

Theragenics Corp., a leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to develop robust project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely execution while aligning with corporate goals.

Preferred candidates have PMP and 3–5 years of PM experience; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• PMP certification.
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedules, resources, and risks within Manufacturing and/or R&D.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills; ability to establish clear, actionable plans and handle contending priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Align project objectives closely with corporate business goals in partnership with leadership.
• Drive accountability and execution to ensure multiple projects remain on track.
• Facilitate project governance, transparent status reporting, and clear communications.
• Monitor project performance continuously and implement corrective actions as needed.
