Job summary

Teledyne RF & Microwave in California is seeking a Stacking Assembler to build and test electronic assemblies for high‑reliability applications. You will assemble power supplies, modules, cable harnesses and PC boards, while following drawings and work instructions.

The position emphasizes manual dexterity, basic soldering skills, and the ability to read technical drawings. A high school diploma or vocational training is required, with 0–2 years in electronics assembly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and electro‑mechanical components such as power supplies, modules, cable harnesses, and PC boards.
  • Solder and de‑solder through‑hole and surface mount components using soldering iron and hot air techniques.
  • Install and remove discrete components like resistors, capacitors, and transistors on printed circuit assemblies.
  • Follow production drawings, schematics, and work instructions to complete assemblies.
  • Use hand tools and small power tools for component placement and wiring.
  • Inspect parts and perform basic tests to ensure quality standards.
  • Rework and repair defective units as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.

Salary Range: $39,000.00-$52,000.000
