Resolution Pet Brands is seeking a Business Analyst to support sales, operations, finance, and marketing initiatives in a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role. Expect involvement in order management, reporting, and cross-team coordination across the Minneapolis area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Internship or early exposure to business, analytics, or operations is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exposure to financial modeling, data analysis, or reporting is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end order management from receipt through delivery.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status and inquiries.
• Manage export orders and related compliance documentation.
• Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to track inbound/outbound shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock tracking and reconciliation.
• Track, log, and help resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
