Job summary

Hut 8 is seeking a Principal, Technology to provide day-to-day operational support to the technology leader and five domains in a Miami-based office. You will manage intake, triage requests, and coordinate leadership projects, while maintaining visibility into dependencies, risks, and delivery progress.

The role requires 5+ years in technology project/ program management, strong communication, and the ability to bridge gaps between technical teams and business leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project and portfolio management fundamentals, including scope, milestones, risks, and ownership.
• Technical literacy to communicate with engineering, data, IT, networking, and cybersecurity teams.
• Proven ability to translate operational detail into concise executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the technology leader and five domains.
• Manage a single intake process across the technology organization and route work accordingly.
• Prepare leadership project agendas, decisions, and follow-ups for due diligence.
• Maintain visibility into cross-functional initiatives, risks, and blocked work.
• Coordinate a weekly reporting cadence across five domains with outcomes and plans.
• Support quarterly roadmap and portfolio planning with prioritization criteria.
