Job summary

TA Services is hiring for a warehouse operations role in a fast-paced environment. You will manage inbound receiving and outbound shipping within the WMS, verify inventory accuracy against documentation, and coordinate cross-dock activities with 3PL partners.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, proficiency with Körber WMS and MS Office, and strong attention to detail and communication skills. OT and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, cross dock, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound warehouse transactions in the WMS.
• Verify inventory against packing lists, BOLs, and shipping manifests.
• Coordinate cross-dock operations with 3PL partners to ensure smooth flow.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and system issues through customer portals and internal processes.
• Maintain shipping records and documentation to company standards.
