Job summary

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–5:00 pm with up to 80% driving. Salary is $67,500 annually, with eligibility for monthly lead bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience driving 26-28 FT box trucks or >10,001 lbs.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Previous warehouse experience and forklift/mast equipment preferred.
• Must obtain forklift certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross dock operations and maintain inventory levels.
• Supervise non-CDL truck drivers and train new staff.
• Drive company trucks to make route deliveries.
• Load and unload freight from trucks.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email.
• Complete paperwork for company and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate route directions and maintenance with managers.
• Comply with FMCSA rules and regulations; heavy lifting required.
