Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years old
• Experience as a retail Certified Pharmacy Technician and pharmacy experience
• Active CPhT certification

Responsibilities

Pharmacy Operations include:

• Providing superior customer service and maintaining service standards
• Managing exception stations and solving third-party issues
• Processing prescriptions using RxEVO, verifying patient information, managing third-party adjudication
• Coordinating screening and immunization events
• Maintaining pharmacy equipment and inventory management
• Ensuring compliance with privacy and pharmacy standards

Background Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred)
• 1+ years as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician
• Active State of Texas registration as CPhT, with ongoing education and recertification
• RxEVO certification and successful completion of required training

Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of pharmacy management tasks and H-E-B RxEVO system
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Windows, H-E-B systems)
• Mathematical skills for measurements
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work independently
• Team-oriented and open to cross-training

Physical and Work Environment

• Function in a fast-paced retail environment
• Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
