Job summary

CHS Inc. in Beltrami, MN is seeking an Agriculture Applicator to operate a floater in spring and fall, and drive a truck in the off season. A Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required, with assistance offered to obtain.

This full-time, M-F role may require weekend work during peak season. The position involves applying fertilizers and crop protection products, delivering to customers, and supporting sales with order accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Agriculture Production, Operations, and/or Agriculture Application.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and crop protection products under supervision, may use high clearance sprayer or floater.
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed.
• Educate customers on products being applied and provide ongoing support.
• Assist sales staff to ensure orders are correct and patron needs are met.
• Perform warehouse duties including driving loader, forklift, mechanics, and maintenance.
