The role requires a Bachelor's degree in agriculture, knowledge of the industry, and a valid driver's license. PCA license for CA positions or CCA certification are a plus, with opportunities to train and provide technical support to growers.

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry as well as the application of agricultural chemicals.
• PCA License is required (for CA positions) / CCA Certification a plus, member in good standing, or ability to test for credentials

The salary range for this role, in Sunnyside, WA location, is between $62,000.00 - $92,000.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
