Job summary

Sungrow Farms in Albion, New York, part of the Mastronardi Group, is seeking a Crop Care worker to help ensure perishable produce is grown, picked, and processed to high standards.

You will follow company protocols in a greenhouse environment, work with a team to maintain quality and food-safety, and adapt to seasonal production needs while keeping hygiene and safety as top priorities; strong attention to detail and reliability are important for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous work experience in a greenhouse, agriculture or farm experience is a plus, work experience with produce is also a plus.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to take continuous direction.
• Ability to make changes as needed without advance notice.

• Sungrow Farms, a high-tech fresh produce greenhouse in Albion, New York, and a member of the Mastronardi Group of Companies, is seeking a Crop Care worker to join our team.
