Welo Data is seeking Data Labeling Analysts for a 40-hour-per-week, full-time, onsite role to support speech and voice AI systems. You will build and annotate datasets, ensuring high accuracy across audio and language data.

This is an onsite-only position requiring relocation or commuting to Bay Area, Seattle, NYC, or client sites in the U.S. Compensation is $26–$28 per hour plus benefits and standard company perks.

Qualifications

• Data labeling and annotation on speech/voice datasets
• Follow guidelines to ensure consistency and data integrity
• Work with audio and language data (transcription, categorization, tagging)
• Maintain high throughput while meeting quality expectations
• Escalate unclear or ambiguous cases as needed
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows in AI systems
• Participate in team calibrations and quality alignment sessions

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation tasks across speech and voice datasets
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity at scale
• Work with audio and language data, including transcription, categorization, and tagging
• Maintain strong throughput while meeting quality expectations
• Escalate unclear or ambiguous cases appropriately
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows as systems and requirements change
• Contribute to team calibrations and quality alignment sessions
