Job summary

Welocalize's Welo Data team seeks Croatian-speaking analysts for on-site work in the SF Bay Area. You will label and annotate speech data, transcribe, tag, and categorize according to strict guidelines to power AI products.

This is a full-time W-2 role with 40 hours per week, requiring US work authorization. Compensation is $26–$28 per hour, with onsite perks and opportunities to contribute to calibration and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Croatian.
• Strong written communication and language fundamentals.
• 1+ year in labeling/annotation/content-quality work, or a related Bachelor’s degree.
• High attention to detail; comfort with structured, repetitive workflows.
• US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

Welo Data is hiring Croatian-speaking analysts to support our Speech & Voice AI team. You’ll help build high-quality audio, speech, and language datasets that power production AI systems.

Role details

• Employment : W2, full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Location : 100% onsite only; must commute to one of: NYC; Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond; SF Bay Area (San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Burlingame); Austin; Los Angeles; Washington DC; Chicago; Boston
• Pay : $26–$28/hour, depending on location and experience
