Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven CRO & E-commerce Optimization Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage client accounts and drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. Your expertise in UX, analytics, and data-driven decision-making will be crucial in improving online performance for our clients.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and highly collaborative, with a strong ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that enhance user experience and drive revenue growth. Additionally, strong project management skills, including Agile methodology and managing internal teams of developers and designers, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored CRO strategies for multiple client accounts.
  • Analyze e-commerce website performance using both quantitative (analytics) and qualitative (user behavior) data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Execute and refine A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates, user engagement and to ensure statistical significance.
  • Provide strategic brand recommendations based on data insights and user experience analysis.
  • Analyze data to recommend product offerings and upsell strategies that enhance on-site performance.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement optimization strategies.
  • Effectively manage internal teams, including developers and designers, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with the media team to drive scale through targeted CRO optimizations.
  • Utilize Agile methodology to plan, execute, and iterate on CRO strategies efficiently.
  • Communicate findings and progress to clients in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, CRO tools, and emerging trends in ecommerce.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, UX optimization, and e-commerce analytics.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Looker Data Studio, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to create impactful optimization strategies.
  • Experience running A/B testing programs and working with testing tools.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, PACK Digital, or WordPress is a plus.
  • Familiarity with page builder platforms such as Unbounce or Webflow is a plus.
  • Proficiency with industry design tools such as Figma and Photoshop.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Airtable, Harvest, and Forecast.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strategic thinker who can work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities; willingness to be hands-on.
