Job summary

WellSpan Health in Hanover, PA is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our full-time anesthesia team. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call, a supportive environment with experienced anesthesiologists, and a case mix including Endo, Orthopedic, Podiatry, Dental, ENT and Ophthalmology.

Salary is $250K+ for experienced CRNAs, with signing incentives up to $125K and five CME days plus a $4,500 CME allowance.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in nursing or nurse anesthesia program.
• Graduation from accredited school of nurse anesthesia.
• Earn 40 CME every 2 years to maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Case mix includes Endo, Orthopaedics, Podiatry, Dental, ENT and Ophthalmology.
• Work with an established team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
• Full-time, Monday to Friday; no weekends, holidays or call.
• Salary commensurate with experience: $250K+ for experienced CRNAs.
• Signing incentives up to $125K.
• 5 CME days off for full-time CRNAs plus $4,500 CME allowance.
