Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (Pennsylvania), LLC is seeking a CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures in a tertiary hospital setting. You will participate in pre-anesthesia evaluations, discuss anesthetic plans with patients, and manage induction through emergence.

The role requires current RN licensure, CRNA experience, and AANA certification, with a focus on patient safety, education, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Prior CRNA experience.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
