Qualifications

• CRNA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric anesthesia services for labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
• Deliver autonomous, high-quality perioperative care.

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Hillcrest in Waco, Texas, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative and autonomous Obstetric Anesthesia team. Our group includes 7 full-time and 2 part-time CRNAs who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a supportive practice environment.

As a 236-bed acute-care Level II Trauma Center, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Hillcrest provides comprehensive medical services to the Central Texas community while offering CRNAs a continuous 24/7 staffing model that provides a guaranteed day off following your 24-hour shift. This results in the CRNA averaging of only seven workdays per month. This unique structure supports an outstanding work-life balance while maintaining a rewarding and engaging clinical practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• EDUCATION - Bachelor\'s
• EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
• ACLS: ACLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
