Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Hillcrest in Waco, Texas, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our obstetric anesthesia team. Our group includes 7 full-time and 2 part-time CRNAs dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a collaborative and autonomous practice environment.

The 236-bed Level II Trauma Center offers a 24/7 staffing model with a guaranteed day off after a 24-hour shift, supporting a favorable work-life balance while maintaining a rewarding

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of experience as a CRNA.
• Certification/License: Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA).
• ACLS: ACLS within 30 days of hire or transfer; BLS: BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.

This results in the CRNA averaging of only seven workdays per month. This unique structure supports an outstanding work-life balance while maintaining a rewarding and engaging clinical practice.
