Job summary

Trinity Health Michigan Brighton Campus is seeking a CRNA Team Leader to oversee the Department of Anesthesiology. You will supervise the CRNA staff, ensure 24/7 patient care delivery, and manage daily operations, scheduling and relief plans in collaboration with the Department Chair and Director of Anesthesia.

Responsibilities include staffing oversight, interviews, clinical standards reviews, and coaching of clinicians in a values-driven health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• CRNA certification and RN license required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the CRNA team, including staffing and assignments.
• Provide 24/7 accountability for patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with Department Chair and managers to meet goals.
• Staff scheduling, relief planning, and LOA coverage.
• Participate in interviews and clinical standards reviews.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to Trinity Health policies.
