Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Mankato, MN, seeks a CRNA to deliver high-quality anesthesia care within the Anesthesiology & Perioperative Medicine department. The role supports a range of cases in outpatient and inpatient settings with flexible scheduling and team collaboration.

The position requires a nurse anesthesia program completion and a Master’s degree, with a Doctoral degree preferred. ACLS/BLS are required; PALS/NRP are a plus for pediatric/OB work. Competitive benefits and a $30k sign-on may apply.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse who has completed a formal nurse anesthesia program.
• Master’s degree required.
• Doctoral degree (DNP, DNAP, DrAP, PhD) preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required for all CRNAs; PALS and NRP preferred for pediatric/OB cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality patient care by prioritizing patient needs.
• Work across OB, inpatient, and outpatient anesthesia cases.
• Support flexible scheduling with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts (0.8–1.0 FTE).
• Coordinate with the anesthesia team to plan care with competence, compassion, and accountability.
• Utilize scheduling system (QGenda) accessible via phone or computer.
