Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates anesthesia care for surgical patients.
• Preoperative evaluation to assess risks and plan anesthesia.
• Administers medically directed anesthesia during surgical procedures.
• Responds to critical patient care needs including monitoring and airway management.
• Conducts pre- and post-anesthesia evaluation and documents outcomes.
• Educates and mentors student nurse anesthetists and residents.
• Contributes to professional development and safety improvements.
