Job summary

Symphony Care Alliance in Jacksonville, FL seeks a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide safe, effective anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. The CRNA will work within a collaborative healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires current CRNA certification, state RN/CRNA licensure, and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Valid state licensure to practice as a registered nurse and CRNA.
• Proven experience in anesthesia administration and patient monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia care plans.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluate patient health history.
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of anesthesia care and patient responses.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, legal regulations, and ethical standards related to anesthesia practice.
