Job summary

HireNow Staffing is recruiting Integrated Surgical Anesthesia Excellence CRNAs for onsite opportunities in Pittsburgh, PA. This full‑time role offers excellent earning potential, flexible scheduling, and growth within a collaborative perioperative team.

Candidates must be a PA-licensed CRNA with NBCRNA certification and be able to reside within commuting distance of Pittsburgh. The package includes substantial incentives, relocation bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Onsite work only.

Qualifications

• Active CRNA certification and Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
• Active NBCRNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient risk assessments.
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans tailored to each patient's medical history and surgical procedure.
• Administer general, regional, monitored anesthesia care, and advanced airway management interventions.
• Continuously monitor patient status throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changing clinical conditions.
• Provide post-anesthesia evaluations, pain management recommendations, and recovery oversight.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative professionals to optimize patient safety.
• Accurately document anesthesia care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in patient safety initiatives, quality improvement projects, and continuing education.
• Maintain current knowledge of evolving anesthesia techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while supporting efficient surgical operations.
