Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a per diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver anesthesia services across multiple hospitals in the system.

You will pre-, intra-, and post-operatively manage anesthesia care, rotate through academic medical centers, community hospitals, and ambulatory centers, and support a fast-paced, team-based environment. Minimum requirements include a Master’s Degree in Nurse Anesthesia and an active CRNA license; experience 0–1 year

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia required.
• CRNA license required.
• Experience as a CRNA for 0–1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop anesthesia care plans.
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff on complex cases.
• Conduct physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Calibrate and test anesthesia equipment.
• Monitor life support during anesthesia for procedures or emergencies.
• Prepare and evaluate anesthetic equipment, supplies, and drugs.
