Job summary

Plan A Health in Akron, OH seeks a CRNA to provide specialized anesthesia care for pediatric patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, administer general, regional, and local techniques, monitor during surgery, and educate families on anesthesia processes and recovery.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed RN and certified CRNA with BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and identify potential risks.
• Discuss anesthesia options with patients’ families and provide age-appropriate education.
• Administer anesthesia and manage intraoperative care, including difficult airway management and rapid sequence intubation.

• Educate families on anesthesia processes, recovery, and warning signs of complications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless perioperative care.
