This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for a CRNA to lead their department. Provide needed pain medicine services and partner with hospital leadership as the surgical program grows. • Additional income available by picking up call shifts in nearby communities.

  Compensation Details:
  

• Guaranteed base salary up to $325K+ depending on experience.
  
• Up to $300K in student loan repayment, retention bonuses, and other incentives.
  
• Comprehensive benefits include an innovative retirement program that double contributions.
  
• 7+ weeks of PTO, 40+ hour of CME with $4,000 stipend.
