Work Environment: Join a nationally recognized academic health system at a level 1 trauma center. Work on diverse cases including Orthopedic, Vascular, Burns, Cardiothoracic, Neurology, ENT, General/Abdominal, Robotic, Gynecology, and more. Be part of the transition to a new state-of-the-art surgery center opening in 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Precept Student Nurse Anesthetists and mentor future professionals.
• Develop patient care plans considering co-morbidities and patient age.
• Collaborate with medical teams, uphold safety, and promote quality and infection control.
• Accurately document patient records, ensuring confidentiality.
• Maintain flexibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Support cost containment and resource management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Clinicians operate under state licensing and departmental credentialing standards.

CRNA Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program (Master’s or higher).
• RN licensure in North Carolina and certification as a Nurse Anesthetist.
• Current CPR, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
• Demonstrated clinical competency and strong communication skills.
