src is seeking a CRNA or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant for a PRN, Monday to Friday schedule at our Frisco Ambulatory Surgical Center. The role involves pediatric anesthesia for orthopedic procedures, with preoperative assessments and post-anesthesia care under an attending anesthesiologist.

You will collaborate with the surgical team, maintain high professional standards, and ensure age-appropriate, safe anesthesia care in a fast-paced pediatric environment.

Competenze

• Current CRNA or CAA license required.
• NBCRNA certification for CRNA candidates; NCCAA certification for CAA candidates.
• ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.

Mansioni

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia and analgesia for scheduled pediatric orthopedic procedures and imaging under the attending anesthesiologist.
• Perform preoperative evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans with the attending.
• Safely transport patients to and from the OR and provide postoperative care.
• Collaborate with the anesthesia and surgical team with professional interactions with patients, families, and staff.
• Provide safe, compassionate, age-appropriate anesthesia care in line with standards and regulations.

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia and analgesia for scheduled, non-emergent pediatric orthopedic procedures and imaging under the direction and supervision of an attending anesthesiologist.
• Perform preoperative patient evaluations and, in collaboration with the attending anesthesiologist, develop and implement a comprehensive anesthesia care plan.
• Safely transport patients to and from anesthetizing locations and provide appropriate postoperative care.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the anesthesia and surgical team while maintaining respectful, professional interactions with patients, families, and staff.
• Provide safe, compassionate, and age-appropriate anesthesia care consistent with organizational standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Current CRNA or CAA license.
• Previous experience working as a CRNA or CAA.
• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
• CRNA Candidates: Current NBCRNA certification.
• CAA Candidates: Current NCCAA certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
