Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) invites experienced CRNAs to join Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, FL. The role covers a broad range of cases including OB, Endo, Ortho, and Neurosurgery with a rotating schedule and weekends/holidays.

OB proficiency is required to excel in this position. Compensation includes a total rewards package with a sign-on incentive and comprehensive benefits, along with fully paid malpractice coverage and loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• RN license and CRNA certification required.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Must be proficient in OB and able to provide comprehensive anesthesia care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient condition and intervene as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
