MaineHealth's Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME, is seeking CRNAs to join a close-to-100 CRNA group covering 30 ORs and multiple off-sites. We operate in an anesthesia care team model with a private physician group, offering strong support for new graduates and experienced nurses alike.

Overview

Our team of CRNAs at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center, Maine's only level 1 trauma center, provides world-class care in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team to help you succeed. The group is close to 100 CRNAs covering 30 operating rooms at Maine Medical Center and multiple off-sites (e.g., EP/cath lab, IR, MRI, endoscopy) as well as the 10-operating room outpatient Scarborough Surgery Center. CRNAs work in an anesthesia care team model with a private group of physician anesthesiologists to cover pediatric, neuro, ortho, trauma, general, vascular, obstetric, urological and thoracic cases. Both experienced and new graduate CRNAs are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of procedures and equipment used to administer anesthesia to various age groups, acuity levels and case types.
• Must be certified in ACLS, PALS and BLS.
• Must possess a drive to continually improve clinical skills and knowledge and contribute positively to the organization\'s mission of helping communities be the healthiest in America.
• Total compensation packages may include, based on eligibility, recruitment payments and relocation assistance.

The pay range for this position is $275,468 to $306,771 annually based on experience. In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offers comprehensive benefits, recognition programs and career growth opportunities.
