Job summary

MaineHealth Maine Medical Center is seeking CRNAs to join a small, tight-knit anesthesia team that supports you in a collaborative environment delivering world-class patient care.

Our CRNAs work in an anesthesia care team model with physician anesthesiologists to cover pediatric, ortho, general, vascular, obstetric and urologic cases. Experienced and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an RN and APRN-CRNA in Maine.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Board certified as CRNA by NBCRNA.
• Knowledge of anesthesia procedures and equipment for all ages and case types.
• ACLS, PALS and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a team-based model with physician anesthesiologists.
• Cover pediatric, ortho, general, vascular, obstetric and urologic cases.
• Support ongoing professional development and maintain clinical skills.

Our CRNAs work in an anesthesia care team model alongside a private group of physician anesthesiologists to provide coverage for pediatric, ortho, general, vascular, obstetric and urological cases.

Experienced, as well as new graduate CRNAs, are welcome to apply.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse and APRN-CRNA in the State of Maine.
• Must have graduated from a nurse anesthesiology program accredited by the Council on Accreditation.
• Must be board certified as a CRNA by NBCRNA.
• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of all procedures and equipment used to administer anesthesia to various age groups, acuity levels and case types.
• Must be certified in ACLS, PALS and BLS.
• Must possess a drive to continually improve one’s clinical skills and knowledge and bring a positive attitude that contributes to our organization’s mission of working together so our communities are the healthiest in America.

This Position Offers

The pay range for this position is $262,946to $281,728 annually based on the candidate’s level of experience.
