Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Fairview, NY. Licensed preferred.

• 20K Completion Bonus (13 weeks / 520hr)
• Cases : Urology, Ophthalmology, Ortho, GYN, General.
• Supervision : 1 : 3.
• OT is optional
• Care Team, 2 physicians.
• Credentialing : 4 - 8 weeks.
• 500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
